Q. How quickly are the reports returned?

Reports are provided within 24hrs of the inspection, and our professional team are readily available to discuss your property concerns.  With vast experience and knowledge of the local area, our inspectors will provide detailed and informative reports so that you can make an informed decision on the property and buy with confidence.

Q. How much is a Building & Pest inspection for my house?

A 3-4 bedroom home/townhouse/unit is from $480.00 GST inclusive.

Note: Fee’s are subject to change as no home is the same.

Q. What does the fee cover?

  • Full internal & external property inspection example: roof cavity, roof externally and sub-floor areas, fences and gardens within 30 metres.
  • A written report on each inspection.
  • Our inspectors sent to your property are licensed, qualified and insured.

Q. Are the inspectors qualified, licensed and insured?

Yes, Yes and Yes. All inspectors are trained, qualified, licensed and insured. All reports are conducted in accordance with the industry regulations, and all inspectors carry their relevant licenses to be able to conduct their inspections. The company also carries professional indemnity insurance. As a licensed and insured company, you can rest assured that all our building and pest reports are carried out in accordance with Australian Standards.

Q. Are we able to attend inspections?

You are welcome to be there onsite on the day of inspection.

Q. What equipment do you use for the Pest Inspection?

We use the most advanced industry tools available, including using thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters on every inspection.
